Hello, I am Anne and I run AM Wellbeing.
I have trained and qualified as a Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Complementary Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Mindfulness Teacher, Dru Yoga Teacher and Healing Space Yoga teacher. I work with individuals and groups across Forth Valley and West Lothian and draw on all of my training and experience, taking an holistic approach to my work.
I am passionate about the role complementary therapies, yoga and mindfulness can play in improving flexibility, general health and wellbeing. I have a special interest in the benefits of massage for people living with cancer and through the Iris Cancer Partnership have studied specialist techniques with Gayle MacDonald of the Oregon Health & Science University. I am a Complementary Therapist at Strathcarron Hospice and a volunteer therapist at the Oncology Department of Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
I am fully insured, registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) for Massage Therapy, an IRIS level 2 registered therapist, a member of the Dru Professional Network, a member of the Mindfulness Association and listed as a mindfulness teacher on the UK Teachers Network Listing.
