Although massage is considered a safe and effective treatment with many positive benefits, your initial treatment will include the completion of a medical consultation form. This information is used to ascertain that no medical condition exists that could be aggravated by having a massage treatment. Treatments are tailored to your individual needs and can last from 30 to 60 minutes.
Only clothing on the part of the body being massage need be removed and towels are used to cover any part of the body not being treated.
