AM Wellbeing is a provider of complementary therapies, mindfulness, yoga and relaxation classes across the Forth Valley and West Lothian area.
In line with Scottish Government advice on reducing social contact during the
coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) yoga classes and the monthly mindfulness
drop-in sessions have been suspended from 18th March 2020 until further notice.
